Student rentals will have "(UWRF)" in the title of the listing (they are at the bottom of the list because it is sorted by available date). We have some new properties close to campus that are not listed on the site yet, but will be available for the fall, feel free to call or email about more options.
*Availability: Please be aware that "Availability" is the current lease expiration date; should the current tenants decide to renew, the unit will not be available on the date stated. Most properties with "(UWRF)" in the title will be available for this coming Fall.
