This form is NOT for emergency after hours maintenance; maintenance requests from the website are only processed during BPM business hours M-Th 9-4 and F 9-12. If you have an after hours emergency, call 715-821-2648.

*By submitting this form, you give BPM authorization to enter your apartment without further notice. BPM will make repairs between the hours of 10am and 6pm Monday – Friday. If the repairs cannot be scheduled within 7 days of your request, we will contact you to reschedule. Repairs will be scheduled in order of importance.
