This is a nice little cozy trailer, that's not like a typical trailer. It has a real roof with stud walls and siding built around it with extra insulation. All the windows have been replaced with new efficient tilt-in models. There is also a small entryway addition for storage.
The trailer is located in the alley between the 400 block of Fremont St. and Pearl St. A very nice neighborhood close to schools and downtown. Pets are okay, and there is a small yard. This is a great place for a single person or single parent looking to get away from apartments while keeping a reasonable monthly rent payment.
The alley way is paved and there are several windows on the other side of the unit.
To the left of the kitchen is a built in desk which helps save space. The oven/stove are gas and the heat is forced air/natural gas. (This is an unfurnished unit, furniture and furnishings not included.)
Built-in dressers and closets in each of the bedrooms also help save space. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit.
