RENT DROP-BOX NOW AVAILABLE.
For those of you who want to drop-off your rent, we now have a rent drop-box available at our new office at 108 E Maple St. Located just to the right of the front door, the drop-box is convenient and well-lit for those who need to drop off their rent at any hour of the night. When leaving your rent in the drop-box, please don't leave cash, be sure to use an envelope, and include your address.

BPM WILL COMPLETELY PLOW PARKING LOTS TOMORROW (1/24/12) Please remove all vehicles from the lot by the time listed for your building. Vehicles not moved by the specified times will be towed and impounded at the vehicle owner's risk and expense. See "Plow Schedule" link below for times. Towing is done by: Roberts Towing, 715-749-4214
We will be plowing pathways today, you don't need to move vehicles until tomorrow.



1/03/2012: Boles Property Management has moved. Our new office, is located at 108 E. Maple St in downtown River Falls. We do not have a rent drop box at this time. Once have set up a drop box, we'll let you know so you can drop your rent off after-hours.


Now Available - Electronic Payments You can now make your rent payment online using an electronic check or credit card. To do so, please click on the "Online Payments" link in the left-hand column to set up your account and get started. Once you are at the login page, click "Enroll Now" on the right-hand side of the screen. To get set up you will need to enter your SSN and your birthdate, then click on the property where you currently live. Once you have enrolled, you will only need your login and password to enter your account in the future. This is a new process for us, so your comments and suggestions are welcome.
