Boles Property Management has been in business serving River Falls and surrounding communities since 1999. We are a small family-owned / family-run management company committed to conducting business in a respectful, honest manner while also helping support our local economy.  From 1999 to 2016 BPM grew from managing 25 rental units to managing nearly 400 units.  During late 2016 and early 2017, we intentionally reduced the number of units that we manage.  The purpose of this reduction was to bring more happiness into our lives by having more free time, and to allow us to focus on a smaller number of units so that we can provide better and more personalized service to our clients and customers.  We no longer have an office open to the public; however, we are happily available to meet by appointment as needed with prior notice.

We aspire to continue to provide reliable rental experiences to area residents while offering new ways to impove their quality of living.
